Every plant has naturally occurring bio-electricity.

At Sound Tastings we connect sensors to plant ingredients, measure their bio-electricity, and use it to control synthesizers and create immersive soundscapes.

Each plant is different, so we invite guests to explore the ingredients of each course interactively, on the table.
